Our Group would not be able to run without a strong team of dedicated leaders who give up their time to provide new opportunities to our members.
Adult volunteering can take many shapes. You could directly help one of our sections (Beavers, Cubs and Scouts) as a Leader at their weekly meetings; provide occasional support during events and camps; or help behind the scenes on the fundraising team or Board of Trustees.
We are always looking for more people to join for as little or as much time they can.
Scouting doesn’t just develop our young people. As a volunteer you will:
- Make new friends and meet people
- Challenge yourself and try new things
- Make a positive impact in your community
- Provide vital opportunities for young people
